Where we work

Small cities. Thin witness. Faithful brothers.

BGP's current partnerships run through Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia — with connections opening in Croatia and Slovenia.

Montenegro

A country of roughly 600,000 — only a handful of evangelical churches.

BGP's deepest partnerships are here. In Podgorica, pastoral development is underway alongside goals for an international church plant. In Kotor, a local missionary is being prepared to pastor and plant.

The trajectory in Montenegro could produce something the country has not yet had: a locally supported national pastor, equipped by his own congregation.

Bosnia & Herzegovina

Cities of 100,000 with a single evangelical church — or none at all.

In Zenica, a first-generation believer is finishing seminary and preparing to shepherd the church where he met Christ. Another brother has begun a work in nearby Kakanj — a town with no local church present. Together, these brothers are being prepared to co-lead the church that raised them.

A Brazilian family is also in conversation with BGP about serving the church as missionaries in Bosnia.

Balkan church connections

The congregations we work through.

BGP does not equip or plant around local churches. Every partnership is anchored in a congregation that carries the work.
